Evan Teich

Evan graduated Brooklyn Law School with a Certificate in Real Estate in 2021. Throughout his time in law school, he gained valuable experience advising Cooperative and Condominium Boards in New York City, drafting property tax abatement legislation, and working with buyers and sellers in both residential and commercial transactions and leases.

Prior to joining Tane Waterman & Wurtzel, P.C., Evan was a part of a fast-paced real estate firm in Manhattan specializing in residential purchases and sales. He has represented both corporate and individual clients in various types of transactions involving cooperative apartments, condominiums, and single- and multi-family homes throughout the New York metropolitan area. 

In his spare time, Evan enjoys cooking, playing basketball and watching the Knicks and Premier League soccer.
